III. MY POINT of VIEW Series

1. Multimedia Department

I chose the multimedia department, because I want to become an expert in the field of IT and learn more about the science of IT. I hope that after the entry in the multimedia, I can see more of and updating of computer skills and be able to give my knowledge to anyone who wants to learn about multimedia. And Alhamdulillah until now I could solve the existing problems in the multimedia department, Although there is a slight problem, but I can ask my friends who know more than me. In my opinion the most exciting things in the multimedia department is to create 2D/3D animation, photography, to web design and more. I hope that after graduation I would like to continue studying in order to further explore the science of IT.

2. Internet

I think the Internet is a tool that is very important because with the internet I can find a job easily and quickly. I often use the internet once a day, or depending on necessity. I usually open the first time since facebook facebook friends can know more and can relieve stress, especially the facebook game ninja saga (without intending promotion) ^ ^ v. With the internet we can know the whole world, and many more info-cool info that could not be found in the environment around us. And should we (the students) should be able to control the time as possible with the Internet. Because if we become addicted to the internet, then we will be at the right time blinded by it. And many more negative things and positive that I can not mention one by one. Yes we must be good at searching for information, although the computer is limited, students can also learn computer by reading a book about computers so students can gain knowledge about computers. And about the lack of Internet connection students can use a laptop using a wireless network so the students do not need to fear if not got the computer.

3. English

I agree that English is the key to success because in this era of globalization of the English language is required. English is very important to study because the English language used in conversations and computer also uses english english therefore very beguna in any science. The most difficult thing in English is to use English when speaking. And the most interesting thing in learning English is that when I can speak English very well and correctly. Since students may be afraid of not being able to use English very well, and there might be another factor that makes the students are afraid to make mistakes. With lots of practice and strive to become better and do not forget we also have to pray .

New Year 2010

Foto di atas adalah foto malam tahun baru. Kami sudah merencanakan untuk melakukan foto bersama, lokasinya berada di Pakuwon(Citra Lane). Aku mengambil foto ini menggunakan kamera DSLR Nikon D40.

Sebenarnya rencananya hampir gagal, karena setelah kami berada dilokasi, ternyata langsung hujan. Jadi foto yang saya hasilkan hanya sedikit. Dan foto diatas adalah gabungan dari beberapa foto. Meraka adalah teman-teman saya dari sekolah dasar hingga sampai ini. Kami adalah teman sejati ^^.

The photo above is a picture of New Year's Eve. We had planned to do with the photos, located in the Pakuwon (Citra Lane). I took this photo using a Nikon D40 DSLR camera.

Actually, the plan almost failed, because when we were location, direct it rains. So I made the image only slightly. And photo above is a composite of several photographs. Meraka are my friends from primary school until this. We are a best friend ^ ^.

GUM ( Permen Karet )

Permen karet sudah dikenal orang sejak zaman Yunani kuno, dan Indian kuno. Mereka menggunakan getah pohon mastic ( pistacialentiscus ) yang dicampur dengan sirup.

Sedangkan permen karet sekarang berasal dari getah pohon chicle (manilkara chiche) yang lebih kenyal dan lebih halus dibandingkan getah pohon mastic.

Dengan mengunyah permen karet, mulut kita akan merangsang terbentuknya air ludah (saliva). Air ludah yang dihasilkan ternyata sangat berguna untuk membersihkan gigi dari bakteri-bakteri yang merusak! Para peneliti menyarankan untuk mengunyah permen karet yang telah diberi kandungan xylitol. Karena kandungan xylitol dapat merangsang terbentuknya lebih banyak air ludah, sehingga gigi pun menjadi lebih terawat. Kandungan xlitol juga dapat mengurangi resiko penyakit-penyakit berbahaya, seperti ganguan hati dan diabetes.

Gil Leveile, seorang ahli nutrisi dari Wrigley science Institut (Chicago, Amerika Serikat) menyatakan, bahwamengunyah permen karet bisa meningkatkan kinerja otak hingga 40 %. Kesimpulan ini diperoleh berdasarkan hasil kerja sama riset dengan peneliti-peneliti dari Jepang.

Penelitian sederhana dari Inggris juga berhasil membuktikan, bahwa orang yang mengunyah permen karet pada saat ujian, mampu memperoleh nilai lebih baik ketimbang yang tidak mengunyah permen karet.

Untuk mendapatkan kebenaran riset itu, para pemilik perusahaan kemudian berbondong-bondong mendanai riset-riset serupa, dan menemukan hal yang sama.

Berdasarkan hasil riset yang mengagumkan itu, para peneliti kemudian berpikir lebih jauh. Hasil pemikiran mereka menghasilkan sebuah produk permen karet obat. Mereka berfikir, jika permen karet biasa dapat memperlancar aliran darah ke otak, tentu aliran darah ke seluruh tubuh juga jadi lebih lancar. Dengan demikian kandungan obat yang dibubuhkan didalam permen karet, pasti akan berkasiat lebih cepat dalam penyembuhan penyakit. Setidaknya jika dibandingkan dengan obat biasa yang kita telan. Dimana kandungan obatnya memerlukan waktu lebih lama untuk larut dalam darah, sehingga khasiat yang bisa dirasakan pun lambat.

Penelitian ini memberi ide para pengembang obat untuk menciptakan permen karet untuk sakit kepala, flu, batuk, dan penyakit lainnya. Bahkan para pengembang obat itu berencana untuk menciptakan permen karet bagi para pengidap penyakit asma.

Namun dibalik semua segi positif yang diungkapkan, tentu ada juga segi negatifnya.

Pendapat yang bertentangan dituturkan oleh seorang pemerhati kesehatan masyarakat bernama gayl canfield dari longevity center & spa di kota Aventura, Negara bagian Florida (Amerika Serikat). “….tak peduli sebagaimana pun permen karet dapat menyehatkan, tetap saja mengunyah untuk kesehatan bukan merupakan suatu hal yang dapat menjadi gaya hidup manusia”.

Pig-headed Dog

Jakarta Timur, ditemukan se ekor babi aneh. Babi aneh itu memiliki kepala mirip anjing. Hewan yang menghebohkan itu disaksikan banyak Warga Kelurahan Pulogebang, Cakung, Jakarta Timur. Bahkan puluhan karyawan Pemkot Jakarta Timur rela meninggalkan pekerjaannya hanya demi melihat hewan aneh itu.

Tak heran jika tempat penemuan binatang yang dicurigai sebagai babi ngepet ini langsung dikerumuni ratusan warga. Sebagian dari mereka banyak yang berseragam cokelat-cokelat. Sehingga praktis di Jl. Stasiun Cakung, Gang Damai, RT 09/03, Kelurahan Pulogebang itu seperti pasar bebas.

Kondisi ini pun dimanfaatkan oleh warga sekitar, dengan menyediakan kotak amal. Sehingga warga yang berkunjung menyesihkan uangnya ke kotak yang telah disediakan warga.

DIDUGA BABI NGEPET

Binatang tersebut pertama kali ditemukan oleh Ragar, salah seorang warga setempat. Awalnya sekitar pukul 21.00 WIB, Regar melihat seekor babi tengah berjalan dari arah kantor Walikotamadya Jakarta Timur menuju ke perkampungan penduduk.

Siang harinya, Regar kembali melihat binatang tersebut. Ia terkejut karena binatang tersebut berada di kebun pisang miliknya. Ketika akan ditangkap malah binatang tersebut mencoba kembali kabur. Namun ketika Regar mengancam akan membunuhnya, binatang tersebut langsung berhenti. “Jangan lari kamu kalau tidak saya akan bunuh nanti”, ancam regar pada babi tersebut.

Dari kejadian tersebut, warga menduga bahwa binatang tersebut merupakan jelmaan manusia yang tengah mencari pesugihan. “Wah kalau begitu sih namanya babi ngepet, “ujar Wardoyo, warga setempat.

Apalagi, tingkah binatang tersebut cukup membuat heran warga. Buktinya ketika Regar memberi makan sayur-sayuran busuk, binatang tersebut enggan menyentuhnya. Namun ketika diberi mie instant dan susu malah langsung dilahapnya. Regar pun semakin terkejut dibuatnya.

My First Score GE Test

Friday, October 30, the day Mrs. Devina provide daily tests first. I also work with a quiet night although I did not learn. And it makes me repeat that do become more difficult, plus I did not record the material given time, is the difference "in", "at", "on", and so on.

And maybe if I note that the material time, may be I can still do it a little easier and get good grades.

Day after day has changed, precisely on Monday November 2. When that day I lead a casual, ranging from flag ceremony, sports, and most recently to the English lessons that took place in the library. But oddly enough reason to be in the library? And usually class.

First I was not suspicious at all while in the library. Indeed there are some teachers, and student activities student. Then began the narcissistic value (more or less can be called like that) the students one by one called Mrs. Devina, continued value obtained written on the blackboard and general presence.

Minute by minute change. Finally my name called as well. I'm really worried and I can only hope it can get at least 65 values. After I saw my grades, I found I only got a 42 far from hope, and it made me feel sad, and a little loss of self-esteem because who knows this is not just classmates, but almost everyone who was in the library.

But it's all done intentionally by Devina not, because she loved us all the class MM 1. I think my self this is not bad but for more serious students in the receiving end lesson. And this story is one of the English language re midi it gives to fix a bad test scores.

Nilai Pertama Ujian GE

Jumat 30 Oktober, hari itu Bu Devina memberikan ulangan harian pertamanya. Akupun mengerjakannya dengan tenang walaupun malamnya aku tidak belajar. Dan itu membuat ulangan yang ku kerjakan menjadi lebih susah, ditambah lagi aku tidak mencatat materi yang diberikan waktu itu, yaitu perbedaan “in”,”at”,”on”,dan sebagainya.

Dan mungkin saja kalau aku mencatat materinya yang waktu itu, bisa jadi aku masih bisa mengerjakannya menjdi sedikit lebih mudah dan memperoleh nilai yang cukup baik.

Hari demi hari pun berganti, tepatnya hari Senin tanggal 2 November. Ketika itu hari kujalani dengan biasa-biasa saja, mulai dari mengikuti upacara bendera, olahraga, dan hingga yang paling terakhir pelajaran bahasa Inggris yang berlangsung di perpustakaan. Tapi anehnya kenapa bisa berada di perpustakaan? Padahal biasanya dikelas.

Pertamanya aku tidak curiga sama sekali saat berada di perpustakaan. Memang disana terdapat beberapa guru, dan murid murid yang beraktifitas. Kemudian dimulailah acara narsis nilai ( kurang lebih bisa disebut seperti itu ) yaitu murid murid dipangili satu persatu, terus nilai yang diperolehnya ditulis dipapan tulis dan disaksikan secara umum.

Menit demi menit berganti. Akhirnya namaku terpanggil juga. Aku sungguh kawatir dan aku hanya bisa berharap saja paling tidak bisa mendapat nilai 65. Setelah kulihat nilaiku, ternyata aku hanya mendapat nilai 42 jauh dari harapan dan hal ini membuatku merasa sedih,dan sedikit kehilangan harga diri karena yang tahu hal ini bukan cuma teman sekelas, melainkan hampir semua orang yang berada di perpustakaan.

Tapi ini semua sengaja dilakukan oleh bu Devina, karena beliau sayang dengan kami semua kelas MM 1. Menurutku sendiri hal ini tidak buruk melainkan agar siswa lebih serius lagi dalam menerima pelajaran.Dan akhir cerita ini adalah salah satu tugas remidi bahasa Inggris yang diberikannya untuk memperbaiki nilai ulangan yang jelek
